GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms govern bookings made through our booking engine.

Booking
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and the sending of the confirmation email.

Payment
Full payment of the stay is required in advance at the time of booking, using the methods available in the system.

Rates and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the selected rate:

Standard Rate: free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Flexible Rate (+10%): free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date.
Non-Refundable Rate (-10%): no refund allowed.

For all rates:
In case of cancellation beyond the allowed period, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

Any refunds, where applicable, will be made using the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Chargeback
By making a reservation, the customer accepts these conditions and agrees not to request unjustified chargebacks.

Any disputes regarding properly provided services or penalties applied according to the accepted conditions (including late cancellations or no-shows) will be considered unauthorized. The property reserves the right to provide the payment institution with all necessary documentation to prove the validity of the charge and to take appropriate action to protect its rights.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 4:00 PM
Check-out by 10:00 AM

Any requests for early arrival or late departure must be agreed in advance, are subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

Liability
The property is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

Acceptance
By confirming the reservation, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
